Christyna Kay is a New York-based professional makeup artist since 2006. She graduated from Make-up Designory Los Angeles where she received her certifications in Beauty, Television, Hairstyling, and Special Fx in 2007. Upon graduation, her first job opportunity for Project Runway Season 9 led her to re-locate to NYC. Christyna's approach towards enhancing natural beauty by using innovative techniques and her personable nature encourages her clients to feel at ease. The focus she puts into the craft also translates through liaising amongst teams and group projects. Her passionate and determined commitment to artistic beauty and her versatile abilities have made her an in-demand artist for editorial shoots, advertisements, and omni-channel media.

Some of her clients are Tim Gunn from Project Runway, Pharrell Williams, Luisana Lopilato, Joanna Cole-  Editor in Chief of Cosmopolitan Magazine, Zanna Robert Rassi- Fashion Editor for Marie Claire and Fashion Blogger Chiara Ferragni. She also has collaborated with Macy’s, Saks Fifth Avenue, Lord & Taylor, Intermix, Kanye West’s Yeezy Collection, Legs Media (Milk), Soul Cycle, E! News and other large commercial campaigns.
